The girls were all here for the surgery.
I was kind of wreck before they came
but when I saw them, I felt complete peace.
The precious man in this pic goes by
Preacher Ben
and he is the pastor at our church.
He actually brought our family out in the church van.
He's also the one that picked up from the airport
one week ago when got home from China.
We have been SO blessed by his kindness!!!
Scott's sister Susan was there with us.
Also Jason, Amy, Max, and Memommy!
BTW... Amy is having a baby!!!
Whoo hoo!
So thankful we will both have 2 children to play with!!!
Rosie really was sweet to play games with EK
while we waited.
EK's words were, "This is taking way too long!"
Oh and here is Mr. Personality Plus!!!
When he walks in the room,
he lights it up with his bubbly personality!

It was so GREAT to have them all out with us.

  1. I still can't believe all that you have gone through in the past week. Home from China and now in the hospital. God must have a very special purpose for that little girl. All that she has been through and she is STILL happy and loving. She is in the right place at the right time in her life. I get all choked up just thinking about what God has planned for her. God is good and he will make this all better. I am sure of it.

  2. I admire your faith and your family is an inspiration to all!!
I know at a time like this it is so hard to not be anxious or scared..Keep praying..God has amazing things in store for her!!

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything,,by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.And the peace of God,which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

  3. So glad you were surrounded by family and friends during the surgery. Those minutes seem to tick by so slowly when you don't have anything to distract you.

  4. Such a blessing to have your family there (& your preacher) while you waited for ShayleeJoy!
