Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is always a day
that flies by for adults and pokes for kids.
Surprises in the mail are always a plus~
thank you to the Schmidt's for a great package!
AND the littles tracked Santa...
especially when he flew over China!

Our morning was pretty low key...
then we all got ready for our outing to help pass the time. :)
We drove into Atlanta for a little shopping
just for the fun of it
and met Josh's family @ Cross Pointe
for their Christmas Eve service.

It was the perfect occasion for photos~
this was the first time we had met Daniel
and they had met SJ.
We enjoyed the time together very much!!!

Afterwards we had dinner out
and headed home to get ready for Santa.
I am SO excited about tomorrow morning!!!
EK and SJ are going to be so surprised~
especially SJ... what a blessing she is home with us this year!!!
Thank you God for Jesus
and thank you Jesus for JingJing!!!
Merry Christmas to everyone!!!

  1. The flies and pokes part-isn't that the truth? Aidan must have asked 20 times if he asked once when we were going to church (5 p.m. candlelight service)-not because he was dying to go to church, but because it was one step closer to Christmas Eve's tree with our big kids and their kids and one step closer to Santa's visit!

    Happy Holidays,
