Christmas Day!!! 2010

Our Christmas morning was one we will never forget~
it was Jing's first and she was in awe.
When we walked into the family room,
she really didn't know what to think.
Gifts everywhere...
It was so sweet to watch she and EK open their gifts...
and then trying to decide what they would play with first.

EK received her first American Girl~ Ivy
and Jing's first Bitty Baby...
They LOVED them!

The big girls had a great time helping the littles
and then opening their own gifts...
mostly clothes and shoes and purses. :)

Our stockings were so fun to open~
everyone loved what they got...

I'm pretty sure Jing loved Christmas~
she played her heart out all day
and ate lots of candy. :)

Lunch was so wonderful
having mama, daddy, aunt Susan, uncle Tony, and Papa.
There was more gifts to open...

Then Santa (Josh) arrived and all was well with the world!

One of the best gifts for Savannah and I was...
new cameras~
Scott gave me a new one~ Nikon
and Josh gave Savannah my Canon.
To say we are both excited is an understatement...
we have both been
snapping and editing, and blogging like crazy. :)
Here is Savannah's blog~ Savannah Smiles.

So thankful I can count on Savannah
to be the memory keeper for her family too!

The best Surprise of the day was...
SNOW!!!
Hasn't snowed on Christmas for over 120 years
and we were amazed to see it falling
on Jing's first Christmas home!!!

This has been the best Christmas ever!!!
Everyone home and happy!!!
Just in the last couple of weeks,
Jing has started saying~ I'm happy!
Yesterday she sang
"If You're Happy and You Know It"
ALL day!
Home is a Happy place and SO thankful she is here!!!
Now for some fun in the Snow... pics to come. :)

  3. Looks like a wonderful time for everyone. The girls looked cold outside, but your husband is in shorts, so it must not have been too awful. Love the Ivy doll-hope EK does, too.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year,
