On a whim, my friend Beverly called and wanted to see if we would meet she and her daughters @ a stamp/scrapbook show. I really wanted to see her little girl, Emma adopted from China because we had not seem them for some time. I called Amy and she dropped her plans to go with us. She is really in to making cards, so she was excited! We headed down and had a blast. Amy and Rosemary really enjoyed making cards @ the make-n-takes. EllaKate loved talking and playing with Emma. I was able to catch up with Beverly. The cool thing about the show was that the supported charity was CCAI- our adoption agency. The proceeds from a basket raffle were going to sponser a child in foster care in China. We got lots of ideas for cards, invitations, and scrapbooks!!!
